human have tendency that when he get any chance to take bribe, he will never leave this chance.& when he has to pay bribe then he think that is bad policy. two biggest scandal of corruption like CWG and 2G spectrum appeared in india's black history that was the biggest case around 2,00,000crore.  India has taken some money on debt from other country that 's fact but india have much more money from which is tken on debt. but india's money has stored as a black money by the leaders, & corrupt officer and safed in swiss bank. if this money is used for country then india will be to pay that money andable to give money to other countries on debt.
